The pitches at this campsite are located on streets. The terrain is sloping, offers little shelter, but does offer a view of the surrounding mountains. The river next to the campsite is not for swimming. Campers can use the facilities of the adjacent Salvanaland recreation park, the playground in Salvanaland is free. A cross-country ski trail runs past the campsite, and a ski lift is 2 km away. There is a ski bus.
